1. Before turning on the current switch of the control console, the stirring switch and the speed-regulating heating switch should be adjusted to zero first.

2 Before feeding materials, rinse the inner wall of the autoclave, the stirring and the joint surface with the mother liquor, and then slowly close the upper cover to avoid damaging the joint surface.

3 When tightening screws, make sure they are properly aligned and use a torque wrench to place them symmetrically in a cross shape to avoid uneven force distribution. Do not tighten the screws all at once. Instead, gradually apply force and tighten them symmetrically.

4 After tightening the screws, first use a mechanical pump to evacuate the air, then repeatedly introduce nitrogen two to four times to completely expel the air inside the reactor. Then, evacuate the air again, introduce hydrogen, start stirring, increase the temperature, and operate normally.

5 After the reaction is complete, stop stirring, remove all the residual hydrogen in the reactor, then introduce nitrogen, release the air, and unscrew the screws to take samples.

The 6.5L hydrogenation reactor is not resistant to strong acids. Strong acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid are strictly prohibited in the reaction liquid.

7 Near the hydrogenation reactor, any work that generates sparks is prohibited, and it is also forbidden to operate in spiked shoes.
